General Manager Zhao Di Attends the Nanjing Science and Technology Talent Evaluation Reform Pilot Work Promotion Meeting

On December 10, 2024, the Nanjing Science and Technology Bureau organized the Nanjing Science and Technology Talent Evaluation Reform Pilot Work Promotion Meeting. The purpose was to further deepen the reform of science and technology talent evaluation, construct a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system, and provide strong talent support for Nanjing's scientific and technological innovation development. Zhao Di, General Manager of Zhichuanxing, attended the meeting as an industry representative.

During the meeting, the Nanjing Science and Technology Bureau detailed the "Nanjing Science and Technology Talent Evaluation Reform Implementation Plan" approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and provided a comprehensive interpretation of the plan's drafting background, guiding ideology, basic principles, reform goals, and main tasks. The Jiangsu Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute also introduced the context and orientation of national and provincial science and technology talent evaluation reform policies, and shared some typical domestic and international case experiences. In addition, 28 pilot units, including the Nanjing Institute of Hydrology, the Purple Mountain Laboratory, and Nanjing University of Technology, conducted in-depth exchanges on the experience and reform ideas of science and technology talent evaluation.

The convening of this promotion meeting marks a new stage in the pilot work of Nanjing's science and technology talent evaluation reform. Each pilot unit will further clarify the reform pilot tasks according to the meeting requirements, refine the work arrangements, be brave in "breaking the problem", focus on the accumulation and summary of experience and practices, and strive to form a Nanjing experience that can be implemented, operated, and replicated. Zhao Di's attendance also reflects the enterprise's emphasis on the reform of science and technology talent evaluation. In the future, he will actively leverage his own advantages to contribute wisdom and strength to the implementation of the reform.
